6 Months
Yesterday marked 6 months Post Op. Honestly, I cannot believe it has been that long!
Im 84 lbs down and I thought it would be more by now but Im still very happy. No complaints.
I think I have gotten off track a tiny bit. I have not ever dumped and I think that that makes it to easy to "cheat" so I eat an oreo here and there. I started eating crackers with my cheese and stuff like that. But I put a stop to it. Now Im having sugar free fudgsicles instead of an oreo and I eat pepporoni with my cheese. So things should get better.
Im just very happy with my decision!

That is really good work! Such good work at noticing what you thought were bad habits and starting new ones. Those additional pounds will melt right off too!

Congratulations on your 6mo post op and your 84 lb weight loss!
Look how well you are doing that you recognize on your own that you may be off track and have already realized on your own the steps to get back on track and that you are not beating yourself up about it. You are making great decisions!
Keep up the great work!
