Only 5 pounds lost this month (4th) Staying positive and getting back on track
I know this has been a rough month for me. Work has been unbearable and this next month will be more of the same. So hey at least I LOST 5 pounds!! I truly think it is a lot of things--not eating enough protein, not drinking enough water changing and adding more weights to my exercise routine and of course, lowing down in general as I am about 30 pounds from goal.
I guess what I would like to know is--are the above mentioned things truly why I lost little this past month? Is there something else I should be looking at as a possible reason fro the slow down?
I started today tracking again--this helps a lot!!

Those things could have something to do with it, but really, some months we lose less than others and some months you might have a stall and not lose anything at all. I would just make sure you're doing what you're supposed to do.
