Wal-Mart Protein Powders

Does anyone know of a good or okay protein prowder that I can purchase as Wal-Mart? I"m interested in either chocolate or vanilla falvors.

I'm not currently able to eat much, so I really need to give in and drink some protein shakes.

 

I get the jillian Michaels whey protein. It's like 9.50 for a tub. They have chocolate and vanilla. The vanilla is pretty good. I found them with the diet pills part, not with the other powders.

The Whey protein powder is what I have been using since surgery..........they come in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies-n-cream, chocolate peanut butter. If you use about half water, half skim milk and some ice, they are like a shake, especially if you put in a blender and not just use the shaker.........I just recently got the choc. peanute butter, and it's my fave so far. Good luck!!! Just remember to allow for the water that the ice will make, cut the water accordingly. You might want to put the ice in first and add water till you get the right consistency to suit your taste.

 Ive used body fortress.

Walmart sells a powder called Pure Protein 100% Whey protein. It has 25 grams of protein. 140 calories. 0 trans fat and 2 grams of sugar. 3 grams carbs. 27 servings per container for like $18.00. I buy it all the time. I think it is delicious. My surgery is Dec.5th so I hope I like it post-op as much as I do pre-op. The flavors are Vanilla Cream and Chocolate Cream.

 If you do not like it right after surgery, don't throw it out.  You may like it later on.  My tastebuds changed right after surgery for about 6 weeks and then changed again a little.  I now like some protein shakes that I did not right after surgery.  Good luck with surgery!

Can I ask why you are unable to eat?

I'm with the others...Body Fortress Vanilla...I love it! It is the only one I buy. I add the 25 calorie hot chocolate mix to it to make chocolate because I don't care for the chocolate flavored powder. Then I add PB2 if I want peanut butter flavor.  I use SF syrups, instant coffee, SF spiced apple cider mix to make one that tastes like caramel apple etc....all from the vanilla powder.  It's the best!
