How does this work.....my OB (works with WLS patients) prescribed me a slow release Iron (ferrous sulfate) to take twice a day....how will this work in conjunction with my iron?

My vitamin schedule right now is/was
Wake Up: Iron
2 hours later: multi + calcium
3 hours later: calicum
3 hours later:multi + calicum
Bedtime: Iron

Will my schedule still work with the slow release iron or would I be better suited to sma**** up so I get it all at once?

That will work but you  may want to use a different type of iron.  If you take ferrous sulfate, get some stool softners for sure.  You may also get an upset tummy.
