It's been a while... But I'm scared of my blood results.

I think I have been slowly tanking since I had a baby in Oct, 2010, the one year anniversary of my gastric bypass (long horrific story).  Anyway, I had the baby, all was ok. I typically get anemia after babies for a month or so from the c-section.  Those spells of anemia are different than the side effects I get now.  Now, I have a rapid heart rate 24/7, bruises all over, frozen hands that will not warm up, 3 epsides of having a swollen tongue with blisters, difficulty swallowing, dry mouth, shakes, and the worst part of it is the 4 episodes i've had where out of nowhere a sense of "dread" comes over me and my body starts to feel as if it's getting ready to pass out from a loss of blood supply (happened in pregnancy, that's how I know how to describe the feeling), like my brain saying, "help, give me oxygen" and that lasts a few minutes.  I concentrate on breathing and focus and it goes away after a little bit.  I have had 3 episodes of sleeping for 2-3 days straight pretty much in the last 2 months.  I would wake up at 9:30a.m., and by 10:30 would have to go back to bed, and repeat all day long.  I'm starting to notice a pattern of this happening after period has been gone a couple days.

So for all the lab guru's I know hang out on here, any advice until I have my appointment in 3 weeks? What do you think?  I'm not asking for medical advice, I would just like everyone's uneducated medical opinon, lol.  I asked that they fax me the results so I could go over them before my appointment.

Here are the labs that concern me:

Here are the rest of my labs:

And finally, this is a comparison of prior labs done including this lab set.  The blue text are values (ref'd above) that are just a point from falling high or low:

Your B12, vitamin D and protein are all great.  Good job.

Your iron is horribly low.  How much iron do you take?  What kind is it?  Do you take it with vitamin C?  At least two hours away from calcium?

I'm not a physician at all, but I have to agree about the iron--especially with the symptoms of coldness, etc., which I've seen here by others with the same problem.

Why are you waiting 3 weeks, Call your doctor,  Go see a blood dr, hemotogist asap,  Your Iron is too low, I had same symptoms you have in july,  My feratin was 7, I had to have iron infusion to get better.  If not I would go to ER.  take care of yourself now
