Best news was my liver function has improved and I no longer have NASH/fatty liver, off all cholesterol and triglyceride meds. Blood pressure meds have been reduced by 75% so far!

Your b-12 looks good but your D is kinda low. Also, Kelly always says that Protein should be at 7.0.  Your lipid profile looks great! 

Is this all you got done?  What about your other vitamins?  E, A, K, etc?  PoetKelly has posted her suggested list of labs a bunch of times.

Glad to hear about your liver and cholesterol.  Good job!

These look mostly good to me.  Your D needs to be higher.  Below 80 we are at increased risk for stuff like osteoporosis, heart disease and some cancers.

Ideally total protein would be at least 7.0, but it's not bad now.

I'm hoping they did a bunch of other labs that you didn't post here?  Vitamin A, K, thiamin, folate, PTH, zinc, copper, prealbumin?

yes, they did do the others and they were fine.

I was so excited about the liver, I left off the rest, lol. I do know I need to work on the D and protein, but they were not horrible which will let me not stress on them so much.
