Best news was my liver function has improved and I no longer have NASH/fatty liver, off all cholesterol and triglyceride meds. Blood pressure meds have been reduced by 75% so far!

These look mostly good to me. Your D needs to be higher. Below 80 we are at increased risk for stuff like osteoporosis, heart disease and some cancers.
Ideally total protein would be at least 7.0, but it's not bad now.
I'm hoping they did a bunch of other labs that you didn't post here? Vitamin A, K, thiamin, folate, PTH, zinc, copper, prealbumin?
