heartburn

hi everyone,

I had my rny on march 26th and just the last week or two have been having some mild heartburn. I was wondering if I could take Rolaids or tums?

This is a symptom I'd run past my doctor if I were you. It could be a sign of something serious, and trying to mask it might not be a good idea.

Being involved in the heartburn field, my advice would be to stick to natural remedies incase you were considering perscription drugs (which are known to have side-effects) as a way to get relief. Natural remedies are various but not everything works for everyone. If you did decide to resort to natural remedies, one or more should work for you.
