Vitamins 4 years out....
...Without going too far into detail here, I need to know what I should be taking on a daily basis.
I also need to know what I could/should have my PCP check on as far as my levels.
I do not have a surgeon or a nut and am trying so hard to get back on track. I believe I have signs of hypocalcemia as I have been slacking on my vitamins and supplements.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Well, the ASMBS says you should start with an adult multi with 100% of the RDA of most things in it twice a day, 1500-2000 mg calcium citrate (not carbonate), iron and B12. Most people also need D3 but you should base the amount on your labs. If you haven't been taking your vitamins regularly, you probably have other deficiencies and need other stuff, too.
