One Year Today!

One year ago I had my gastric bypass surgery!  Down 115 pounds from day of surgery. Couldn't be happier with the changes it has made in my life.  My type 2 diabetes and hypertension were gone in the hospital.  I can walk for miles now without getting tired and sweaty.  I can fit in any seat I want to.  My overall outlook on life is much better.  

Thank you to everyone on this site for all the great advice and support I've received the past year, and more to come.  I hope I can 'pay it forward' in some small way.
