My way to break a "mini stall".....
Hi guys, one of the most discussed topics on this board are stalls. Well, through just normal eating habits, I have found a way that starts the scale moving downward when I have been at the same weight for a while....Now, I will say that when I am in a TRUE STALL, nothing will break the stall until it is ready to break, but, if I have been hovering between the same 2-4 lbs for a month or so, I have learned a trick that usually gets the scale going south. I buy a wonderful beef tenderloin......or buy slices at whole food....have a nice, large (3 oz etc..) piece of tenderloin, and lots of asparagus and that does the trick. This is TOTALLY unscientific.....but it works for me to get the scale moving. For example, I have been between 170 through 173 for 3 to 4 weeks....last night had that exact meal and this morning down a few pounds. It happens every time I eat a big steak. This works for me.....just wanted to put it out there for what its worth.
