What are you doing/eating today? TGIF Edition!
Doing: ran 3.1 miles at race pace (10 min/mile) WITHOUT pain in my toe, for the first time since the Half-Marathon! Rest of the day will be seeing clients and grocery shopping in the pm.... have ambitious plans to make Nik's protein banana bread!
Eating:
B- several cups of tea, banana, ham & string cheese
L - probably a protein shake, string cheese
D - either turkey or something.... haven't planned that far ahead....

Early post op I did not drink caffeine. I do now, but only in the am and then spend the rest of the day hydrating! Once your body is used to a certain amount of caffeine I don't think it dehydrates you any longer as your body only rids itself of so much water, of course I am not an expert and I wouldn't advise drinking caffeine in excess or early post op.
LOL! I honestly don't know! It just dawned on me today that I haven't been on in forever and thought I needed to check in (that and I finally got close to my goal weight and started some BAD habits! Are you still running?? I am going to start again this weekend. Haven't been exercising like I would like since Summer. But I need to, it makes me feel soooo much better!

I go to the dentist this afternoon for a crown on my molar :( never had one before so I don't know what to expect.
B: 2 egg whites on a sandwich thin slice of light cheese
S: Banana, Cheese stick
L: Salad with grilled chicken
S: Apple and cottage cheese
D: Might just be a protein shake (if my tooth hurts)
