Didn't think I'd do this but... 2 month photos on my profile 18.1kg/40pound
I can't figure how to put them here, I'm on my phone.... Contemplating the face shot. Just not there yet.
still wearing the same clothes which I find really odd and a bit of a mindfuck, I can see the difference in pics but not real life, how can I lose that much but still wear the same clothes??
I guess I am an odd duck, or one lucky girl...I've not had hormonal swings or mind games. I feel and see all the changes, so I am not one that can give any insight to your question...but I CAN tell you that you are looking fabulous girl!! Hope things are getting better for you finally.
edit: read the post wrong. As you get smaller, it takes fewer pounds (or kg's in your case) to go down sizes. When I was a 22, it took about 20 lbs till I dropped to a 20...now that I am down some weight, my size changes every 10 lbs or so.
Thanks Amanda, I'm bridesmaid in two months and have a dress that is nowhere near fitting me, largest size it came in was a au 14 but its a small 14 being a designer dress( not an actual bridesmaids dress) I think that's a us 10.... I'm kinda stressing!!
YOu can absolutely tell! Good job... your only wearing the same cloths because they are strechy.. :) if those were jeans they would be falling off you!

Thanks juls,
i haven't had a chance to try my jeans since my last hospital stay due to the drain but I had gone down one size already, I'm itching to wear my jeans but its summer here and it's HOT, just wish I was into the jean shorts in the cupboard!!
Looking great! Yay! I can remember my first couple months where people would say "your clothing must be falling off you, you have lost so much weight", and me thinking I'm wearing the same clothing as before! As for seeing the results, I can see my own changes better in pictures then in the mirror. I think it might have something to do with when I was 265, I don't think I really looked at my reflection as a whole, I'd only look at my hair or face, or parts of my body, but I think I trained myself not to see the real whole reflection otherwise I probably would never want to leave the house! Haha but now that I am 125, I look at myself, and sometimes I can think oh my goodness I am so small, and other days I don't really know what is looking back at me... It is a little trippy! You are doing sooooo great and I am happy for your success!

Thanks misscalla
i struggled with the same issues when I had the band, semi prepared for it but obviously forgot how it feels!
i know I avoided "seeing" how big I got so I definatly agree with that theory of only seeing bits of yourself, I'm pretty sure at my biggest I wasn't even taking in my whole face at once just the bits I needed
i must say your one of my huge inspirations you've done SO well and look amazing!!
I wore the same clothes for the longest time. I didn't buy new clothes til I had lost like 85 lbs or so. I was still wearing my size 28's. it wasn't until people mention I was starting to sag that I went and got new stuff. I wore a lot of little dresses too and would just cinch then up as they got bigger (or I got smaller).
You're doing great so far. Keep it up and you'll be there before you know it!
