6 year out!

just past my 6 year mark and I've not done too bad....but recently discouraged with a gain...my heaviest was 252 and I'm only 5ft tall....my lowest was 119 but looked sickly at that size.  I stayed at 130 (goal) for several years but in the last couple of years, I've bounced between there and 138.....I'm determined not to see 140 on the scale....back to food journaling and unjury protein...my main motivation is that my ex husband and my new husband's ex wife would be thrilled if I gained.....whatever works, right?

Good luck to you! I am sure you will do great at reaching your goals! Its easier to catch it when its early, before it gets out of control

Absolutely..whatever works! I'm only a year out so I don't have experience maintaining but it sounds like you have the right idea..many successful vets give themselves a 5lb limit and when they approached it they take a good look at what they are eating cut out the culprit. I track my intake on myfitnesspal, my long term plan is to track and adopt that same 5lb rule.
