What are you doing/eating? Hump Day Edition!
I'm struggling to stay healthy..and going to try to let my muscles repair from the last two days of intense workouts..
B: eggwhite omelet with cheese
L: tuna salad most likely
D: baked chicken and veggies
I'm sure I'll have a bunch of snacks that will include an oatfit oatmeal, a nf sf latte, a banana, a cheese stick. I'm aiming for 1500 calories and at least 125g of protein.
Still hanging in with the low carb thing. Can't exercise too much because of a torn hamstring so I'm trying to be hyper-aware of what I put in my mouth!
1) soy milk and diet V-8 splash (aka my new crack)
2) EAS carb control shake and coffee
3) chef salad w/ balsamic dressing
4) pork rinds
5) IDK what's for supper tonight. Might have to stop at Chic-fila for some kids tenders.
6) probably another V8 thing :) or some cajun trail mix.

Made it to the strength training class at the YMCA this morning. Did a bit on the treadmill beforehand, as my foot is quite ready to jump in (literally) to a cardio class. Feels good to start the day off right!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Roast beef and 1/4 cup rice
Supper: Rotisseri chicken, veggies
Snacks throughout the day if needed: apple with greek yogurt, tootsie rolls (my chocolate fix lately!), cheez its
Late snack: 1 Schwans peanut butter ice cream mini
Today is gloomy! Bleh.
B: Smart One 3 cheese omelet
S: Special K pastry crisp (bad choice)
L: 1 cup of chili and reduced fat cheese
S: 2 slices of turkey breast lunch meat and 1 pepper jack cheese stick
D: Unsure...going out with a coworker. Probably a burger no bun or a salad.
After dinner hitting up the gym with my hubby. :)
I'm only 3 weeks out so my meals are boring but:
B - 2 fl. ounces salmon sashimi
L - 2 fl. ounces tuna/yellowtail/shrimp sashimi
D - probably more of the same, or 2 fl. ounces chili

It was 70* when I went to bed around 0300, then 51* when I left the mechanic's around 0900. Rainy and blah... I need to be in sweats, curled up in my bed, reading a book! But i have 9 million things left to do before I go to bed EARLY (please?) tonight.
I took my truck for tire repair, oil change etc, then the dog to the vet for a bath, picked up my new phone at the store and had them help set it up, helped my mom and then to the gym. I worked out with the trainer (she told me yesterday she was grumpy and "sorry if you get hurt" haha. At the end of the workout I said I hoped her day got better, she said she felt better working me out -then compared it to Bob Harper laughing at the contestants on The Biggest Loser when they puke and passout and cry lol).
Warmup - treading - 45sec walk, 15sec rest, 4x, 30sec brisk walk, 15sec, 4x, then 20sec jog, 10sec rest 4x
4 stations, 20/15/10/5 reps, decline pushups, 12lb med ball squat hops, TRX plank pulls, 12lb med ball slams w/ squat
Then to work just long enough for a ridiculous meeting, home to help my mom, eat lunch. Now heading out to the grocery store, Walmart or Target for a gift for my little great nephew and then to pick my dog up from the vet. Tonight I pack clothes / snacks and tomorrow I go to Texas!! (Driving out tomorrow, visiting Friday, driving back Saturday)
B - mint cookie protein, 1/2 arnold sandwich round, 1/2 banana, 1Tbs peanut butter
S - pb sandwich same as above; 100cal pack of pretzels
L - turkey burger (w/ turkey bacon, cheddar, onions) and 100cal pack of pretzels
S - mini cinnamon rolls, mint cookie
D - egg stirs, turkey bacon tortilla
S - probably a hot English Toffee Twist protein
