I'm absolutely melting here, it was over 45•c yesterday which is 113•f and unfortunately I DON'T get cold and not feel the heat- I sweated like a little piggy all day and ended up feeling very very off last night with extreme nausea, today's plan is quick swim then air conning it!!
as for the pics I'm down just under 22kg which is 48lbs- getting there slowly!!

Thankyou... I'm kinda kicking myself that I cropped my head off EVERY per op photo I took, I had had no intentions of having recognisable pics on here because I don't discuss my surgery but meh whatever, if it helps someone, or takes the stress of someone that can't exercise in the first three months for whatever reasons, it's worth it.
