Looks like you're about a month out. I'd take it easy. You don't want to eat something that'll make you sick when your out with family. Maybe just order some soup and drink the broth. When I went out that early we went to eat Chinese and I ordered the foil wrapped chicken and just ate that. Elephant bar has the thai chicken that you wrap in lettuce that's yummy, but that's ghat be to much for you right now.

Bob Evans. Get an omelet. Cut it in quarters. Eat a fourth of it, and either share the rest with your family or save it for another time. Or get a single scrambled egg with some cheese.

Or Olive Garden, and try some chicken and gnocchi soup, but skip the gnocchi.

At that stage, I really liked minestrone soup a Olive Garden. I would just leave out the pasta shells.

At that stage I went where I could order a side egg scrambled with some cheese and a side of bacon.

I've been afraid to try bacon because of the fat.  You haven't had a problem with it?

I don't have a problem with bacon it crunches well and is salty. I get protein, salty and crunch all at once!!!

Thx all. Ended up at longhorns steakhouse. I split a 9oz steak with kids. I think I ate 1oz only. But was enough to fill me up! They had the breads and stuff but it worked out great! They wanted steak too and the kids steak on kids meals are horrible! So this served us well! One wanted broccoli and one wanted fries. Trying to get them to est healthier as well instead of chicken and fries. I still think an oz was left!

I am in stage 4 foods officially I get my list tomorrow but remember steak being able to be ate

Problem with eggs elsewhere is that they just cook in so much oil! I use Pam spray! They use oil
