almost 1 year and still going
October 22 will be a year since i had my surgery. it has been a challenging one year but i couldnt be any happier with my results. i am down 130 lbs and the weight is still coming off not as rapid but its still going down so that's good. all my labs are normal. i can eat just about anything except for pork. having to go down from a size 26 to a size 12 its amazing. i still run into old friends and they are simply amazed, some of them don't even recognize. for those that are thinking about getting the surgery or just had it done i have to say this was the best decision i have ever made. stay positive and motivated and you will not regret your decision. hope everyone has a blessed day!
