Oh my goodness yes! I am down almost 140 lbs and I am FREEZING now that summer has ended. I wear a coat all the time and bought gloves because it feels like my fingers will fall off! I use my heating steering wheel ALL THE TIME and have my car heater blasting...I don't think I used it but a few times before! And I put a humidifier in my home so I did not have to crank the heat as much and it would still be comfy. But oooooh yes, I understand how people love Arizona and Florida now! :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
Oh I hope this doesn't happen for me. I am hypothyroid so have a hard time regulating my body temperature, and I live in Fargo, ND! Brr.

Hypothyroid since birth (Synthroid 250mcg daily), PCOS (Metformin 1500 daily)
I am 14 months post op and freeze even during summer. The AC kills me. Now that it is snowing, I cant get warm unless I am in the electric blanket with PJs and socks.
