still in my stall!

Hi,  I lost 33 pounds the first month and now fire the next 2 weeks I am at a stall.  I get my protein, iron, vitamins,  Water etc. I am only getting about 400-700 calories a day.  Is  ok our do i need to try to up it some?  Hard to eat any more tho.  Please help.  Thanks.
