What did you eat the first few weeks of solids phase? I definitely will be measuring everything, but curious what went down well for yall?   I had to have 3 weeks pre op, and 4 weeks post op of these protein shakes/liquids.. cant wait!

i did lots of yogurt and chicken salad.

if you do a deli meat, make sure its a low fat/low sodium. I use deli ham and turkey all the time and will heat up a piece on the skillet. or make a ham/turkey & cheese roll up.

I stuck to beans, I'm Mexican so I didn't mind! There's a Mexican restaurant next to my work,  and I would order a side of pot beans (no lard), topped it with sourcream and salsa! Yummy! Btw, the side of beans lasted me for 4 meals!
