Wow, that's great info to know. I usually have my supplement w/iron at 7am, and my first cup of coffee at 9am with my first Calcium... so I think I'm good.

it seems like I could have decaf pretty quickly after surgery. I had to wait six months before going back to caffeinated, though - but I am supposed to limit it to one 6-8 oz cup a day (decaf is unlimited).

I was having *two* 6-8 oz cups a day for awhile (since some surgeons don't seem to give a hoot about caffeinated coffee, I thought mine was being overly conservative), but my acid reflux started coming back (not bad - but it was back), so I backed off to one cup again. It definitely seems to have helped with the reflux.
