3 weeks out and broken rib

Hi All. If you can believe it I fell as I was walking my dog the other day. I broke one rib and bruised others. Everything else is ok. Except...

I am taking Oxycodone for the pain as the extra strength tylenol doesn't cut it right now.

So no I am off to search the forum for constipation preventative info. The ribs are much much worse than my surgery. Good grief. LOL

Sorry ribs can be painful.

Many people take a dose or two of Miralax in their morning coffee to help.
