Good morning! Been up for a couple hours. I finished my book club read (The Island of Sea Women --historical fiction and very good if you are into that genre) and started on Piglet. I can't put it down. Last Roger saw me last night I was reading it and when he woke up at 5:45 this morning I was already back into it. The book might need a trigger warning though. The food issue is intense.

Yesterday I hit my goals. Three mile walk, housework, book, good for me foods and lots of water. Today brings the gym with a warm up on the treadmill for 30 minutes, the weight training circuit which takes me about 18 minutes and then aqua fit for 55 minutes. Home to shower, make lunch and then off to TJ's to get groceries. Roger is hosting a meeting here tomorrow for the board of his golf club and I'm on deck to make them lunch. Italian chopped sandwiches all around. And yes, Jim, I cleared it with everyone to use Mayo. I had/have a back up plan if someone didn't like mayo. But who doesn't like mayo????

QoTD: I use the one that came on my I phone, but now I'm going to look for the WTF app as it sounds highly entertaining.

bites today

B: Ok, Chrissy, I found a few of your brother's maple sausages at the bottom of my freezer. I had split them into small packs and this one went deep in the deep freeze. I defrosted them overnight so we are having a sausage and an egg.

L: leftovers. I can have chicken, burrata and tomatoes or chicken and cacio e pepe spaghetti. It will be an audible.

D: TBD I've finally about run out of meat in the freezer, so we'll see what fun things I find at TJ's.

Me, don't like mayo! If I'm at somebody's home I don't throw a fit and try to eat around it, but at a restaurant I would send the sandwich back.

In comparison, to me, this would be like me not liking chocolate!!! I love mayo. But always have work arounds because my oldest hates it, so I'm battle learned.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,

I am the office lady with the candy Jar. I keep it filled with chocolate Usually M&M's. If I see someone having a ruff go at it I give them candy or if someone does me a favor.

I have already gone to the eye doctor this morning and I got a new script. as expensive as it is to buy new glasses it is one of those things that make me happy. Anyone ever use Vooglam? I see a pair of orange frames I just have to have from there. Not sure if it is US based but I have to have them. Only thing I got today is to go to lunch with work husband and stop at Walmart to grab prepackaged MiraLAX. I leave in 17 days. I also need to get some meatballs made to take to make dinner one night. Yes, I will be flying with food and tons of it. My friend going with me is active military and she gets free luggage, and I will take full advantage of an extra 40lbs of stuff.

QOTD: I use the one that comes with an iPhone and that is only if I am going for a run, and I want to see if I will get rained on or what workout clothes I need to wear.

Accountability: I did have a handful of pringles and some almonds.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
