Recumbent bike 3 weeks post?

 It's cold here in central Virginia and I'm bored with just walking th halls.  If I keep it very slow, would anyone out ther agree with me that riding would be okay at this point?   

My very conservative Doc said bike at 5 weeks. I've been just walking...

I was cleared for bike@2 weeks post op. just no ab or lifting over 5lbs.

I would check with your doctor. "Just in case" anything should go wrong, you would want their clearance, wouldn't you??

call your surgeon and ask them---I was cleared to exercise at 2 weeks just no weight training

 I was cleared to ride my recumbent bike at 2 wks, but definitely clear with your doc. Everyone is different.
