New Snack Ideas??
I used to eat some Mexican layered dip with a spoon, sometimes for breakfast, it's called a dip, but I wouldn't use the chips. At first I layered it then I would just mix it up and divide it into portions. It was 2 cups greek yogurt, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1 cup chunky salsa, 1 cut sliced olives, and 1 can black beans. I ate that for quite a while 'til I got tired of it. I need to make it again, I used to really enjoy it.

Blackberries, hard boiled eggs, lunch mea****ermelon (can't eat much so carbs are little), almonds (just a handful), slim jims. Hope this helps!
