Showing before and after picture.

Wanted to show before and after picture. In the first pic I was 290 now I am 165 in the second one and maintaining my weight. Hope others will post their before and after love to see them. Best of luck to all the new people. I am 23 months out and loving life. I remember starting out with new journey thinking I might not loose the weight but it does work.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Thank you for posting, you look fabulous. I am going on the 4th of June to Mexico and I keep wondering if it will work me. I am starting at 295. Anything in onderland would be so amazing.

You are right, our doctors have given us a toll to use and it is up to "US" to use it correctly.

AMAZING!! The day of my surgery, I weighed 316, so not too far from you. I gotta ask, have you had plastics and how tall are you? You are right at where I want my goal weight to be. I want to look as fabulous as you do, but I doubt I can afford plastics, unless my doc can"justify" it with my insurance.

I did have plastics because I was getting infections and had my doc log them for 6 months and ordering cream for them. You and your doc have to work together on this and the insurance will cover the tummy tuck. It is the second best surgery I had. I am 5 ft 5. I wanted to be 155 or 150 but my body is staying around 165 to 170.
