zumba is it too soon

I have a question.... Tomrrow I will be 1 months Post Op YAY!!!! Is it to soon to go back to Zumba I know I want last the full class but I want to see how far I can. go.

My doc says 6 weeks before zumba but call yours and see what they see

I went at 4 weeks out and did fine, was okay per my surgeon.

 Thank you I'm going to try it. My doctor said  could start working out just no weights over 15 pounds

My doc said post op...if it hurts....stop!!!! lol
