This morning I have read about people stalling and making switchen on their surgery, I am overl whelmed by the support and guidance.
in the big picture I have had no issues and for that i am greatful. I lear from you daily.
I have been blessed with a very rapid weight loss, probably because I was so big.
Today I am saying good bye to the 300's. I must admit i am scared, they have come back before but I heave the faith and the tools to do everything so they cannot came back.
Again for that I thank you!!!
