You need to follow. Your plan. Everyone's plan is different along w/ different food they are allowed to eat

That really depends on what you're eating. I've been averaging 6-800 calories for at least a month now.

What exactly are you eating? Remember - your first priority is hydration, then protein, then calories.

I was told I should be eating 800 calories as of last week and there is no way I can do this and I'll be 9 weeks out tomorrow. I'm eating close to 600 a day and I'm eating snacks through out the day... I was also told I can eat bread and rice last week but I'm not...

Guacamole, avocado, peanut butter, nuts, butter - high calories, little portions.

Are you logging your intake?  because you might surprise yourself.  350 s day is just 2 shakes and no that is not enough but if you can do 2 you can do 4 and you may just have to supplement with shakes until you can get your food up.  350 a day at 6 weeks is small but 600 calories is not that much food.  If you're not logging start, as i said it's often eye opening. you should shoot for 600.  most do 600-800 but you have time to get to the upper reaches of that #

You'll just have to up your shake imput until you can eat more. Even if you have the same number just throw in 2 scoops instead of one.  You have to meet your protein needs to heal.

Dont stress, soon you will be able to eat 1200 cals a day easy and will have to work at keeping cals low, so take advantage of this time. Concemtrate more on the protein intake and fluids while you are healing.
