I bought the the fruit punch Protein Blitz from Amazon. 1 serving 20 oz 30 grams of protein 1g sugar and it counts towards my liquids for the day. I am sure there is a negative Nelly out there with other thoughts but it's on my list of approved protein waters and I like the protein factor,
