Working out!

I work out six days a week. Three days a week with my trainer God Dan and three days on my own.
Right now Dan and I are taking on a modify P90X for me. THAT is hardcore, we usually do arms, chest, back, abs, core work out stuff like that. I can now do a plank for 1 1/2 minutes. SWEET!!!
On the days of my own, i do the stairmaster for 30 to 45 minutes or i do the treadmill for one hour or take a spinning class and on Saturdays, I jog in the Hoboken marina. I am going to have to find something to do on Saturdays since winter is coming.
