I did it Onderland!
Wow what a journey this has been. I am solidly in onderland - I have been there for four days now and only moving downward. I can't believe that I am under 200 lbs; I don't know when the last time I was that light; except for my wedding 33 years ago; but never again since then.
I am averaging 7 - 9 lbs a month at almost 9 months out, so the weight loss is still going good. I run three times a week and work out three other times a week; doing 30 minutes of brisk walking and then weight resistance for about 45 minutes. I am sure the exercise is helping me along.
Thank you everyone here for all your support and for answering my questions even when I am sure they are silly. It means alot to me to be able to come here and find the support I need. Thank you for helping along in my journey. All the best to all of you in your journey's this is an awesome forum.
