So today is my fifth month out from surgery and so far so good.  I am still getting in most of my protein and water daily and most importantly exercise.  My Doc set my goal for 180 lbs but I am 9 lbs under that goal and getting closer to my own personal goal.  I have to say losing 90 lbs in 5 months has been crazy and exciting but most of all I feel great.  As always thanks to the vets who continue to provide inspiration for those who need it.

I think I said this on one of your last posts, but dang our numbers are close.  We seem to be right in sync on timing and loss.

Although, I think the 90+ pounds off you looks better than mine.  I think you must be a little taller than me because the definition on your shoulders and your midsection is ahead of me.

You're doing great!  Thanks for sharing the progress pictures.  Hope I got your definition before Christmas.

Thanks for the reply.  I have been reading a lot of posts regarding exercising after WLS and I have been focusing on the mid section and legs lately.
