Low carb latte?
You can substitute almond milk for regular milk. High fat, low carb, low calorie. I use it instead of milk or half and half. I find it quite satisfying.
You might want to think about switching your latte to something else entirely - Chai or Green Tea maybe. You have some weight to lose and I have found that for me the best thing to do is just forego things like lattes until I'm back at my fighting weight. Just an idea.
I use ice cubes that I make out of brewed Chai tea in my morning protein shake (Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte protein powder). Tastes a LOT like a "frappucino" style chai latte!
Chai tea is a black tea that is brewed with a ton of Indian spices. It's not anything like "normal" tea. It's really aromatic. As for "what kind" to buy, I just get it at the grocery store. It's actually sold under a ton of different brands, but I buy the Twinnings brand. I've gotten the vanilla version, but can't really tell a big difference.

I am not a big coffee or tea drinker but I LOVE Chai Tea!! Its a cup full of creamy indian goodness. Chai is a mixture of spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, etc.
I steep one tea bag with 4 ounces of water for a few minutes and then add 4 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a few drops of your low calorie sweetener of choice (I use Sweet Leaf Liquid Stevia drops).
