Refried Beans?

What can I do with the refried beans?  I'm still in pureed stage so I just want so ideas.

I was thinking, I really like refried black beans so later on I'll probably make some. The sweetie is a cheese lover, so I sprung for some of the Unjury cheese sauce (it should get here tomorrow along with the chicken soup flavor, which I like), and I have some enchilada sauce... put a little spoonful of all that together and you've got bariatric refritos with cheese... well... it's worth a try, anyway! I'll probably do that once I'm a week or two out.

I've heard some people say they top with a sprinkle of cheese,  salsa, light sour cream. .. which sounds appealing to me. I like a lot of seasoning so I would probably add some flavors. Garlic,  cumin,  curry, etc.

On purees I just heated them up a little in the microwave with some hot sauce stirred in and melted a little cheese on top. Once I moved on to soft foods, I could add in things like bits of chicken jalapeno sausage, turkey bacon, or a poached egg.

I really enjoyed them with a bit of salsa, cheese and sour cream.
