Tomorrow is the big day!
Surgery at 6 in the morning in Las Vegas. This Alaskan girl is dying in the heat :) thank goodness for a/c.
All of my feelings of nervousness have been squashed by excitement after my preop classes and appointments yesterday. I kicked booty on the preop diet and was allowed a small meal last night (it was amazing!). I am so glad I am giving myself the gift of health.
Good luck tomorrow. In 24 hrs you'll already be on the road to recovery! Deep breaths and positive thoughts! Best wishes.
Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
Yep, using dr umbach. I've been very pleased thus far. My surgery will take place in his day surgery center next to his office. It is SO hot here. Alaskan girl is dying from the heat! I went in the pool for 20 minutes this morning and got a sunburn, lol. I'll be nursing that as well as my surgical wounds.
