I did it! Finished my first 5k. I did not run it but still proud of my accomplishment. I have another one scheduled in 2 weeks. It's a night glo run. Never thought I would be able to do anything like this. WLS has changed my life so much. All for the better 😄

Congratulations! That is fantastic. I am so looking forward to the day when I feel up to doing a 5K again - it's been years. Way to go!
