2 weeks to make a ha*****anging tastes/new craving.

I'm more of a 2 days makes a bad habit and 2 months makes a good habit, but....
Today after painting (NSV able to stand on a ladder without my foot feeling like it would snap in half from all my weigh on that little foot rest) I had a craving. More than anything else, I wanted a protein shake. It totally hit the spot, refreshingly cool and replenishing fluids.
I was also surprised at the work out - bending and balancing and stretching around fixtures (bathroom) was quite the workout (for me). Felt like I'd completed a session of hot yoga.
