STARTING WEIGHT WAS 327LBS! NIGHT BEFORE SURGERY I WAS 289LBS! I AM A LITTLE OVER 4 MONTHS POST OP AND I AM NOW 219LBS! 70 LBS IN 4 MONTHS!! THE BEFORE PIC IS THE NIGHT BEFORE SURGERY AND THE AFTER PIC WAS A FEW DAYS AGO!

I FEEL AMAZING! I LOVE MY SLEEVE!

Congrats! I'll be 4 mos out next week. I'm at about 56 pounds down. I went into this at 280.

Any tips or advice? Favorite foods?
