Hello everyone its me and I am 14 days post op and have started soft foods/pureed. I have been doing great and feeling great, I have had some eating pains when I eat to much or take in to much liquid.

I seen my PCP today and let him know that I went to TJ Mexico for the surgery and he took it very well. He check out my wounds and said they look good and listened to the tale of my trip and the surgery. I was cleared to start my gym walking and will start that at the first of the month due to the fact that the gym want to charge me for the full month fee of Oct since I was a member earlier this year, I am going to start back the 1st of Nov.

When I weighed in at the I weighed 401 pounds at home and at the doctors office I weighed 395 pounds, so I am not sure which scale to use.

I only care about my scale at home, but do what works best for you!

Glad to hear things are going so well for you.

I get up and walk if I drink my water or eat too fast. It is not a pleasant feeling, but the movement helps it move down/through my sleeve faster than just sitting.

Good to hear that everything seems to be going well with you. I can only hope that I have the same easy and good recovery!

I'm so happy to hear that you're doing well and not having any complications post surgery.  It takes some getting used to eating and drinking after surgery.  Quantities are so severely restricted, but that's a good thing

I always go by my scale at home.
