I just had my 3 month surgery follow up and it was great

Hello fellow OHers!

Although I do not post often, I am here daily and often twice per day as it helps me navigate through this weight loss journey. A great thank you to all who post and respond.

So, as my title states, I had my 3 month follow up yesterday and the surgeon was super happy with my progress . I have lost 64% of my EWL in three months. He told me he normally sees that close to the one year mark. He thinks I will continue losing and is encouraging me to go past that 70% EWL he gives at the first appointment. I was aiming for that, regardless (I can be a little rebellious

Needless to say, I feel great (minus the nasty hair loss), am following the doctor's plan plus a couple of tweeks (all the great advice provided by the vets on this site), which he has approved, btw.  I did struggle at Halloween and the next few months will be challenging as kids and hubby b-day, Christmas are all in December.  Thankfully I have this site to ground me and an excellent restriction to help me through.

Here are my stats:

HW: 230

First consult weight: 225

SW (August 11): 216

CW (November 11): 173

Thanks again everybody!
