3 weeks post op.. the scale is being mean..
23 days.. 3 weeks post-op. I feel like I am doing everything right.. yet my scale yelled at me today and said I gained 4 lbs. I didn't freak out though.. instead I came on here and did some research.. read some old posts.. saw what other said and did.. I feel okay.. however; it still is that.. OMG feeling! LOL
I'm okay and not freaking out.. but hearing what others felt and did , when they may have had this happen does make one feel better =)

That's what I was thinking.. mainly why I wasn't freaking out.. at the same rate.. it's hard to see so soon out of surgery.. you have such huge hopes and when you get knocked back a little it's like the world is crumbling.. LOL.. I know this isn't the case and it'll work itself out.. but sometimes you need to talk it out and hear others say it'll be fine they've been through it and came out on top! =)

This is just the start of mean scale.
It bothered me much more in the beginning and I thought about not weighing for a few days. But, for me, avoiding the scale is wrapped up in past fat-denial history so I continued weighing daily. Now I am much more zen and trust that if I am following my plan, the weight will come off.
You are going to have a great year! (no matter what the scale told you this morning!)
