"Ultimate Gastric Sleeve Success" by Duc Vuong, MD (This one is my favorite.)
"Refuse to Regain!" by Barbara Berkeley (This book is intended for those who have reached their goal weight, but nearly all the information is valuable to those who are still losing.)
"Eat for Health" by Joel Fuhrman MD (Deals with good nutrition in general; some adaptation is necessary for sleevers.)

I had a book recommended to me the other day. It's called "Don't diet live it!" It's actually a workbook. It's not on the sleeve surgery though, it's on obesity. I don't have any feedback on it because I just ordered it yesterday and actually found it dirt cheap online. Once I receive it, I can give you my opinion.
