Good morning! I had considered starting the post this morning but would have had to do so from my phone, so I passed. Thanks for getting us going!

I'm spending the day in a college library while Lance works because the local running festival is tomorrow and we'll be spending the night in a hotel. Since it's an hour away from home, and close to his work, it makes more sense for me to camp out in the library and work. But.. my power cable seems to be borked so I'm going to spend the day worried wondering if it's the power cable or my laptop. UGH. Maybe I'll scope out the other people in the library and see if anyone has a Mac I can borrow the cord from for a moment ;)

QOTD: All Hamilton, all the time? At the moment, I haven't been listening to music very much. I go through phases with it and, at this point in my life, I mainly listen to music while running. Since I'm not running due to surgery recovery, I'm not listening to music.

1: protein shake
2: lunch at the college cafeteria so no idea! (1/2 of a ham and cheese sandwich + bite of croissant it was on)
3: dinner at the place I posted a menu for yesterday. I'm still not sure what I'll be getting - perhaps the curry? I dunno. Don't know what I'm in the mood for and too many things look like they've got potential

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: no, and I hurt from the hips down from my walk yesterday so that just sucks a lot. Grumble.

Thanks for starting this today! I am brain dead at the end of my work week so I wouldn't be able to come up with a QOTD.

Tired today. I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Got to get my resume done and out there. Everytime I start on it though, I begin with the emotions again. Losing a job of 17 years and abruptly, at that, causes grieving. I'm still in the anger stage. Did find out today that they are actually disbanding the entire unit so I'm not the lone ranger. I was just first. (I think they wanted to get me out of the way in case I filed FMLA paperwork due to the surgery). They are some dark-hearted people.

QOTD: I love Cher, Eagles, Journey, Simon and Garfunkle and pretty much anything from late 60's through the early 80's. I also like Contemporary Christian, some country, Celtic music (think Enya) and Indian flute music. My tastes are quite all over the place.

21 days post-op

M1: ½ Scoop of unflavored isopure and Campbells 98% FF Broc Cheese Soup w/ 2 ounces Cod

M2: Ground up General Tso Chicken and a cheese wedge

M3: TBD w/ a scoop of protein powder

M4: Leftover baked Ricotta bake and something

M5: STEAK (made in the pressure cooker) (first time since surgery - gotta remember to chew, chew chew)

S: Parm Crisps

E: Riding around on my little chair (has wheels) rather than the electric wheelchair

Vites and water: Bad water day yesterday, gonna give it another go today. Vites on track.
