Hi all,

I'm getting an instant pot for Christmas and I'm wondering if any of you use the instant pot and could recommend an instant pot cookbook that works for low carb eating?

Best wishes,

Carol

Hi Carol! It's great to see you here!

I actually don't use a cookbook but I frequently google things like "chicken soup instant pot recipe" or whatever I am in the mood to eat.

Then, I save the recipe in a document so I can revisit it if I liked the food! Here are the ones I have saved:

WOOHOO, congrats on the instant pot! I don't use a cooking book either. Just google recipes and or there are great facebook IP groups to join that have recipes galore saved as PDF's to download or make from the online recipe.

I recommend the blog Nom Nom Paleo. She's got tons of great IP recipes that work for our way of eating.

Here's a link to her IP recipes.

If you do Facebook there are a slew of groups that focus on Keto IP or low carb IP. If you happen to do Kindle Unlimited there are a giant number of IP cookbooks that are included on that so you could peruse and collect recipes of interest. Mostly I find I use recipes online. There are bloggers out there that will post them focused on different dietary needs. Here is an example of one. Have fun with your new toy! It is super well-suited for our eating- healthy food fast!
