Accountability Friday-TGIF!!!!!

I am getting ready for bed early and wanted to get this in before bed. Dawn may not be done dealing with crazy critters! Crazy day at work, they keep having meetings to tell us they do not know yet who will have to go and who gets to stay; how does this help? It is just distracting everyone; we still have to get our classes built and taught.
The weather was perfect here today; mid 70's and a light breeze! I would melt in 100 degree heat; I am such a heat wuss!
Any fun plans for this weekend? DD wants to see the Smurfs movie; we will see. There is an Ethnic Fest we may go to and there are Scottish highland games that are always fun to go to. I am running in the morning then going to Weigh****chers(going to keep hubby company, and it can't hurt me) but the rest of the weekend is up in the air I did okay except a stupid brownie!
0700 premier protein drink
0800-ww english muffin, eggbeaters and bacon
1000-apple
1200-tuna salad(w/greek yogurt,relish and mustard) on wasa, sf ff pudding, fresh fruit salad
1300-brownie
1430-string cheese and sf jello
1830-sirloin steak, sweet potato and brocoli
2000-Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp PB flavor-110C 6gtotal fat75mg sodium, total carb 14g, fiber 1g and 2 whole grams of protein- not a very good choice but now they are gone!
1609 C, 59 Fat, 186 carbs-yikes(stupid brownie), 115 g protein calories burned at least 700 today between running and walking twice once at the Y and then again at home with DH.

NAH.,..I'm having entirely too much fun on facebook right now! There's a group of people who started a section for those of us who have lived in this area since the 60's, 70's and 80's...ah the memories..AND I found an old friend there too..I'd rather be cyber surfing but work just seems to cut into my day WAY too much but it pays the bills I guess..

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffles,1 small banana, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds

6:00 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)

7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Mint Ooolong

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat

9:00 am 12 oz coffee w/splenda mocha and sf powdered creamer

9:30 am 1 small (and VERY tart) plum!

10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry (Caffeinated)

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with the remaining ice, Wyler's Raspberry Lemonade

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

12:45 pm 2 oz tilapia

1:15 pm 1 small stuffed bell pepper with ketchup (I figure 2/3 of what a real pepper would be!)

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Orange..a few ounces short on this one. I found a bug in my bottle!

2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea (no bugs, I checked)

3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 plum

4:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry

5:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

6:00 pm 1/3 burger patty, cheese, bacon and mayo on a sandwich thin..
