RNY surgery and a kick ass plan
I know it will be hard by I must be done
i want to lose 125 LBS 1st year and about 75 the second year. Currently I weigh 385 LBS.
Actually a little less now that I am closer to surgery.
I want to lose 200 lbs before my 1 1/2 years out post surgery. im at 9 months out right now.
I'm losing very slowly but am optimistic this will happen for me!
