St. Mary's Regional Medical Center (COE)

"My hospital experience was a very good one. I had excellent nurses and aides throughout my stay, they were all very friendly and helpful (all except my last day befor going home, just got a bad vibe, and I'm glad I was discharged). The only thing that I was annoyed about was the food service. The people were friendly and nice, but food was missing from my tray, things that were suppose to be there weren't. Different items were there that shouldn't. I was on a sugar sub diet and they kept giving me regular. I had to keep telling them, but the last day of all days Jason remembered and would make sure I had the right stuff. The rest, well let me say what rest. It may be different for you, but with my sleep apnea they would come in and do my pulse ox and wake me up. So I didn't get much sleep sometimes. But I think the whole experience was excellent. As for the value, I haven't gotten the total yet, but if you go by my co pay of 200, then the value was Excellent too."

John Ganser

"My first meeting with Dr. Ganser was good. I liked him right away. He talked to me, not at me. He made me feel comfertable with the surgery. I was more relaxed after that first visit. I haven't seen him since this first visit, but he is a very busy doctor. It took awhile for the insurance, but that is neither his fault or his staff. The test that has to be done before they submit to the insurance company is what takes the time. I will let you know more after my surgery. Good Luck to all."
