"I only met him once, but he seemed very professional and sincere. The old office was clean and the staff helpful. I haven't been to the new office yet. Dr. Borao gave me a detailed run down of the procedure and informed me of the complications. But I figure all surgeries can have complications, but he told me in Nov. 2003 that he has not had any major complications nor deaths. I have to say, that made me feel better. Surgical competence is far more important to me than bedside manner. If I can walk away without any complications, I will be happy. I would rate my dealing with Dr. Borao so far, a 7 on a scale of 1 - 10.
Well now surgery is over and I can say that Dr. Borao is very talented and really nice guy. He seems very busy too. I heard his name called in the hospital just about every day. I think he does 2 or more surgeries per day. Great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone. a 10 out of a 1 - 10 scale."
