Hey everybody!!! Thank you for all the love and support you have given me. I felt each one of your prayers through my journey in the hospital. Please continue to pray for me.I am doing well. Istarted excercising this week(Walk Away The Pounds), and I feel really good.I went to see Dr. B today and I have lost 19lbs. It has been 2 weeks since my surgery and I hope the weight keeps falling off. I am still on the liquid-mushy diet (ex. cream of wheat,yogurt,jello,fat-fre pudding,and broth.) It is really not that hard to stick to the diet. Sometimes I have to force myself to eat. I never really have an appetite. Well that is all I have to say for now.I wish everyone well who is fighting or getting ready to fight this battle.I love you guys!!!!!! Tracey

Tracey, congratulations on making a safe journey to the losing side. Get plenty of rest now and take good care of yourself and your new pouch! Don't forget to take time to celebrate your every victory. I look forward to watching your progress!

LATE ANGEL UPDATE : I did not want to update until my girl went home. She was in the hospital for six days due to having blood in her stools. They would not release her until everything was fine. It did pass and she is home. Soon she will be able to tell you guys her experience. I believe she is down 12 lbs. They are gone forever.

Angel update here: I visited Tracey again today. She looked great she was moving around real good. She only complained of soreness. Her picture should be up in a few more days. Ya'll show my girl some love.
